Fill in the form on this page with your name, phone number, address, and the issue — or message us on WhatsApp. Our team confirms your request and schedules a technician visit.
How much will the visit cost?
A standard visit charge applies for inspection and diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, this charge is waived and only the service charge applies — see our Estimated Pricing page for charges by service.
How soon can a technician visit?
Same-day visits are available in most areas, subject to technician availability — our team confirms the exact time slot after you book.
Do I need to pay anything to book?
No advance payment is needed. You pay the technician directly after the service is completed, once you're satisfied with the repair.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes, eligible repairs come with a 3-month service warranty. If the same issue recurs within that period, we fix it again at no extra charge.
